Return and refund policy
1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days after delivery date. After 14 days from delivery date you must contact us to determine the best course of action.
Defective units are covered under manufacturer warranty. Information on the warranty of a particular manufacturer you can get by contacting us.
2. To be eligible to return your item must be unused, in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Eltra Trade reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
3. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email or call us, and provide the following information:
- Name
- Company
- Country
- Address
- Phone
- Reason for Refund
- Unit Serial Number
- Date of Purchase
- Number of Eltra Trade invoice
4. Please mark with the RA number on the outside of the package. A copy of the original Eltra Trade invoice should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.
Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
5. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
6. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Eltra Trade s.r.o. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured. Eltra Trde is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
7. Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.
8. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days after confirmation of return.
