We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the conditions below:

1. Return period

  • Refund or return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • After 14 days, please contact us to determine the best solution (e.g. repair or replacement under warranty).

2. Warranty

  • Defective units are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • For details about the warranty of a specific product, please contact our support team.

3. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in like-new condition;
  • Returned in the original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and components included.

⚠️ Eltra Trade reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

  • The returned product is damaged;
  • Accessories, manuals, or other original components are missing.

4. Return Authorization (RA)

  • Before sending a product back, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • To request an RA number, please email or call us and provide:

    • Your name, company, country, and address;

    • Phone number and reason for return;

    • Unit serial number and date of purchase;

    • Eltra Trade invoice number.

  • Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package and include a copy of the invoice inside the box.
  • Returns without RA number and documentation may not be accepted.

5. Inspection & approval

  • Once we receive your item, it will be inspected.
  • If it meets the return criteria, we will confirm your refund.
  • If the product does not qualify, it may be shipped back to you.

6. Shipping responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked and/or insured service.
  • Eltra Trade is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

7. Fees

  • Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Refund process

  • Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
